POWDER COATING PROCESS
 
 

All of our wire products are finished by the following process:



 
 

  • Inspection of  product after exiting welding or assembly department
  • Complete wash/cleaning in state of the art wash system - including dry off oven
  • Electrostatically powdercoated with polyester type powder with many different colors and textures available
  • Cured in our powder coat oven
  • Inspected again at time of packaging/shipping
